This window displays potential selection criteria for the Load Valid Values List. If you enter valid data into any of the fields shown in the window, the records that match the selection criteria will be listed. The company/warehouse combination must be entered to display the Load List. All other fields may be entered with the company/warehouse, but they are not required.
To view a list of valid values for promptable fields on this screen, use the F4 key. You may also exit the window without specifying any selection criteria by using the F3 key.
COMPANY/WAREHOUSE
Required. This field specifies a company/warehouse for which loads are defined.
ONE-TIME LOAD
Optional. This field determines if the load number is used just once or re-used for many shipment dates. Valid values are Y (yes) or N (no).
SCHEDULED SHIP DATE
Required (if the One-Time Load Flag is Y). Optional (if the One-Time Load Flag is N). This field defines the date on which the load is shipped if it is a one-time load.
SHIP VIA
Optional. This field defines the shipping method used for shipping the load. The ship via code must exist on Reference File category 319.
CARRIER
Optional. This field defines the carrier used for shipping the load. The carrier must exist on the Carrier Master File.
ROUTE
Optional. This field defines the route used for shipping the load. The route must exist on Reference File category 320.
