This screen is used to enter extended comments for sales orders. The user is allowed to enter one extended comment for the sales order header and one extended comment for each line on the sales order. Each extended comment can have 99 comment lines.
COMMENT CODE
Display only. Displays the comment that is being maintained (entered on the header screen).
PRINT CODE
Required. Defines where the extended comment is printed (invoice, picker, etc.). Valid print codes are on Reference File category 410.
SHORT DESCRIPTION
Required. This briefly describes the contents of the extended comment.
COMMENTS
Required. This field is used to enter the extended comments text. Each extended comment can have 99 comment lines.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Validate screen.
F4 - Used to list valid values for field prompted.
F13 - Cancel transaction and return to the Function Select screen.
F15 - Clear the screen.
F22 - (Valid only in Add and Change mode) This command key writes all of the data to the extended comments files.
