This screen is used to enter extended comments for sales orders. The user is allowed to enter one extended comment for the sales order header and one extended comment for each line on the sales order. Each extended comment can have 99 comment lines.
COMMENT CODE
Required. This field is used to specify the extended comment code to be maintained or added.
MAINTENANCE CODE
Required. The valid maintenance codes are add, change & delete. This code determines the mode of processing for the extended comment.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Process the request.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Exit program and return to menus.
