This screen allows you to specify the customer and item for which you want to enter a customer/item relationship with its quality control specifications.
From this screen you can either maintain or inquire on a customer/item relationship record. Once the screen information is supplied, you can create or maintain a record by pressing Enter. If you want to inquire on a record, press F9-Inquiry.
CUSTOMER NUMBER
Required. This customer will be validated by using Reference File category I74 to determine whether it is a bill-to or ship-to customer.
COMPANY/LOCATION
Required. The company and location associated with the customer.
ITEM
Required. The number of the item for which you want to maintain a customer/item relationship and quality control specifications.
CONFIGURATION CODE
Optional. Enter the configuration code you wish to maintain.
MAINTENANCE CODE
Required. Enter one of the following codes:
1 - Add a new customer/item relationship
2 - Change a customer/item relationship
3 - Delete a customer/item relationship
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - If a customer and item number have been entered, display the detail screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Display the Order Processing Application Menu.
F4 - Used to list valid values for field prompted.
F9 - If pressed while in maintenance mode, the program changes to inquiry mode and displays the Inquiry Detail screen (OP210S03). Once in inquiry mode, pressing F9 will return you to maintenance mode. If pressed while in inquiry mode, the program changes to maintenance mode and displays the Maintenance Detail screen (OP210S02). Once in maintenance mode, pressing F9 will return you to inquiry mode.
F15 - Erase values in all screen fields so they can be reentered.
F23 - Display the Configuration Template window which allows you to view/modify the configuration code more easily.
