Purpose
The RMA Report by Part Number lists the total price and quantities of returned merchandise. These totals are calculated for reason codes, for parts, and for company/warehouse combinations. This report can be requested from the Order Processing Application Menu and must be released from the Release Submitted Jobs option.
Report Sequence
Part Number, RMA Reason Code, Receipt Date.
