Purpose
The RMA Report by Expected Receipt Date lists the total price and quantities of returned merchandise. These totals are calculated for customer numbers, for parts, and for company/warehouse combinations. This report can be requested from the Order Processing Application Menu and must be released from the Release Submitted Jobs option.
