Serial Number History
Once the return is complete, we can use the Serial Number Inquiry conversation to see a part's history by serial number. The figure below shows the Serial Number Inquiry Detail for the first box of Sugar Bombers returned: SN0001BOM. Both the shipment and the return transactions appear.
