Once you receive the merchandise from the customer, RMA Receipt Control allows you to enter the date and quantity received for each line on the original RMA. For each RMA line of merchandise returned, RMA Receipt Control suggests further processing:
· Should you update customer credit?
· Should you update your inventory?
· Should you issue a replacement sales order to the customer?
These suggestions are based on the RMA reason codes on each RMA line.
