The Job Master Inquiry - Jobs by Sales Order screen displays all jobs associated with a sales order or sales order line. All fields are display only.
ORDER
Display only. Entered on the function select screen. The sales order whose associated jobs are displayed.
RELEASE NUMBER
Display only. Identifies orders with subsequent releases. Entered on the Function Select screen. This field is blank unless the order is a blanket order.
TYPE
Display only. The type of the sales order displayed. Order types are defined on Reference File category 401.
CUSTOMER
Display only. Retrieved from the Sales Order Header File. The bill-to customer for the sales order.
ORDER STATUS
Display only. This field displays the status of the order. Order status codes are defined on Reference File category 403.
LINE NUMBER
Display only. Used to identify the line number of the order for which job information is displayed.
LINE STATUS
Display only. Indicates whether the line is open (O) or closed (C).
JOB NUMBER
Display only. This field identifies the job that the sales order line is associated with. Each line can be associated with a separate job, or all lines can be associated with the same job.
PART NUMBER
Display only. The item being sold.
PROJECT MANAGER
Display only. The project manager associated with the job on the specified sales order line. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
LOT NUMBER
Display only. The lot number that items on this line are assigned to.
GROUP NUMBER
Display only. Job group associated with the job. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
ORDER QUANTITY
Display only. The quantity requested of the part.
UNIT OF MEASURE
Display only. The selling unit of measure for the item ordered.
WAREHOUSE
Display only. The selling warehouse for the order line.
PROMISED SHIP DATE
Display only. The date when this order should be shipped to the customer.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns you to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit this conversation and return to the Job Control Menu.
