The Job Master Inquiry - Jobs by Project Manager screen displays all jobs associated with a specific project manager. All fields are display only.
PROJECT MANAGER
Display only. Code and name of the project manager associated with the job. The manager code was entered on the Function Select screen. The manager's name was retrieved from Reference File Category D46.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. Number of a job associated with the project manager. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
JOB STATUS
Display only. Indicates whether the job is open (O), closed (C), or costing closed (Z). Retrieved from the Job Master File.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Display only. Brief text describing the job. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
GROUP
Display only. Job group that the job is associated with. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
CUSTOMER
Display only. The number of the customer that the job is associated with. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
COMPANY
Display only. This is the general ledger company that the customer is defined for. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
LOCATION
Display only. This is the general ledger location that the customer is defined for. Retrieved from the Job Master File.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns you to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit this conversation and return to the Job Control Menu.
