The Job Master Inquiry - Jobs by Customer screen displays all jobs associated with a specific customer. All fields are display only.
CUSTOMER
Display only. Identifies the bill-to customer for the items made in the displayed job. The customer number was entered on the function select screen. The customer name was retrieved from the Customer Master File.
COMPANY
Display only. This is the general ledger company that the customer is defined for.
LOCATION
Display only. This is the general ledger location that the customer is defined for.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. Number of a job associated with the customer.
JOB STATUS
Display only. Status of a job associated with the entered customer. Possible values are open (O), closed (C), or costing closed (Z).
JOB DESCRIPTION
Display only. Brief text describing the job.
GROUP NUMBER
Display only. Job group that the job is associated with.
PROJECT MANAGER
Display only. Project manager that the job is associated with.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Returns you to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit this conversation and return to the Job Control Menu.
