Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. This is the general ledger company that the customer is defined for.
LOCATION
Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. This is the general ledger location that the customer is defined for.
JOB NUMBER
Display only. Number of the job being displayed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. Brief text describing the job being displayed.
JOB STATUS
Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. Status of the job being displayed. Can be O (open), C (closed), or Z (costing closed). The status description displayed is retrieved from Reference File category D48.
JOB GROUP
Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. Number and description of the group the displayed job is associated with.
PROJECT MANAGER
Display only. Retrieved from the Job Master File. The code and name of the project manager that the displayed job is associated with.
COMMAND KEYS
Enter - Will return the you to the Function Select screen.
F2 - Display a window where a fast path option or mnemonic can be entered. Fast path allows the next menu selection to be made directly from this screen. When the window is displayed, pressing F3 will remove it.
F3 - Used to exit this conversation and return control to the Job Control Menu.
F9 - Allows you to access the Job Setup and Maintenance conversation.
