Monitoring the Activity of a Job

There are two ways to find out what shipping, purchasing, manufacturing, and inventory activities have occurred for a particular job:

·      Online inquiries

·      Job Activity Report

Separate online inquiry exists to identify the sales orders, manufacturing orders, and purchase orders associated with a job.  The quantities expected, quantities due, and due dates for each order are displayed.

You can view online all inventory transactions associated with a specific job through the Inventory Transaction History inquiry.  This inquiry is available in the Inventory Control module, see the Inventory Control User Manual for more information.

The Job Activity Report lists all sales orders, manufacturing orders, component requirements, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and inventory balances associated with a job.
